First off, I ordered the stand on Monday and received it on Friday, which is incredibly fast. The stand is very solid and very nice looking, but its rather hard to assemble. I'm of the opinion that if I am spending $700+ on a TV stand, it should come preassembled. In all honesty, there is no reason why this stand could not be shipped already assembled. But, now that it is assembled, it looks great, and I would recommend it.

The Newport 62" TV Stand does everything I need and then some; Great build quality and value! All of my components fit nicely inside and my equipment is all together and tidy in the corner of our living room, my wife loves it too!
