The Calie Media Cabinet has a center shelf with a drop down glass door and dual side cabinets with glass doors and adjustable shelves. Carved columns, curved supportive corbels and crown molding come together to create this elegant, classic piece. The VividFlame Electric Firebox mimics the look of a real fire, but does not require a chimney or vents and plugs into a standard outlet for convenient set up. Features include infrared LED technology, sleek touch controls, and dynamic glowing embers.

looks great and had the storage on each side. These side storage areas are not very wide so if you have bigger stereo pieces you they need to be 13 inches or less in width to fit inside these. Nice storage area above the fireplace for DVD player, etc. The fireplace size is perfect for this unit but not huge is a little small so if you want a large fireplace you may want to look at other units. Fireplace looks pretty good in a darkened room. There are several adjustments for the brightness of the flames and a dimmer that adjust an LED lighting the fire box to give more overall light. Heater element works good but is not going to heat a big room but it will knock some chill off. If you get freezing weather don't expect any of these electric fireplaces to heat a huge room. They are only 1400 to 1500 watt output so understand they do put out a huge amount of heat even with the fan blowing. These fireplaces are for mainly for the ambiance. This was the best looking one in the size range I needed and I did look extensively. Great finish work and it seems China is making furniture better than several years ago. It does take some time to put it together but the instructions were clear and every piece fit like a glove. To add strength to the three base pieces which you have to screw together I felt it needed more screws for support considering the overall weight of the completed unit. I predrilled the wood and added additional screws to better secure the three piece base. The wood China uses is very dry and not like oak so if you don't predrill the wood before putting screws in the wood will split and then you have problems. You may wonder why you should have to add screws? It is a pretty heavy unit and if you are not careful lifting it the base may not stay tight or together. I just didn't want to worry about any issues when moving it around. After I added 3 screws to each end connection where they attach to the main base it was very solid. I recommend this since people move furniture around often and don't take a lot of care in handling it. Excellent price and fast shipping. Would highly recommend this company and this item.

GROUND - UPS - FEDEX

Standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.

If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse. If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight carrier based on the number of items and weight.

LTL - FREIGHT - CURBSIDE - Scheduled Appointment

Standard shipping method for large / heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature IS required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.

If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment.

Freight shipments are curbside delivery.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY - Scheduled Appointment

In the event that White Glove Delivery is offered free or for an additonal fee for an item and you wish to have this service it will include the following:

Platinum service level provides two-person delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).

The shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services

In all above cases, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.
