The Ezra Double Reclining Power Sofa includes a power headrest, power lumbar, and an extended footrest for optimal comfort. This sofa also features plush, pad over chaise seating, solid foam arm pads, and quilting on the kidney, seat, and outside arm. All Motion Ease furniture is built in the USA with 100% all plywood frames. The solid hardwood seat box, coil spring seat unit, steel reinforced arm supports, virgin conjugate fiber, and 2.55 density high resiliency seat foam cushions act together to make this piece both reliable and comfortable.
Manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty from the date of purchase on all reclining mechanisms, 3 warranty from the date of purchase on lift chair motors and power headrest/lumbar motors, 1 year from the date of purchase on frame, seat poly, springs, cover, power recline motors, remote controls, and associated labor expenses. Warranties do not cover normal wear and/or abuse.

Shipping Information
GROUND - UPS - FEDEX
Standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.
If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse. If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight carrier based on the number of items and weight.
LTL - FREIGHT - CURBSIDE / THRESHOLD - Scheduled Appointment
Standard shipping method for large / heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature IS required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.
If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment.
Freight shipments are curbside delivery.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY - Scheduled Appointment
In the event that White Glove Delivery is offered free or for an additonal fee for an item and you wish to have this service it will include the following:
Platinum service level provides two-person delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
The shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services
In all above cases, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.
