What qualifies

- A published online price we can verify.
- A request made before placing your order with us.
White Glove delivery and curbside delivery aren’t the same service. Please include any fee to upgrade the competitor’s delivery to a comparable level.

A few important details
We’ll always try to earn your business with fair prices and helpful service. Price matching is a review service, not a guarantee. We reserve the right to decline a match or a lower price on any item for any reason.
Comparing the total cost
- We compare the competitor’s final price, including applicable taxes, shipping, freight, and handling charges—not just the advertised item price.
- Items we ship with White Glove service may not qualify for a further discount against an offer with curbside or back-of-truck delivery. Include the competitor’s charge for an equivalent White Glove service.
- There are no substitutions: the item must be identical and the offer must be verifiable.
Limitations and exclusions
- Manufacturer Minimum Selling Price (MSP) requirements apply. We do not match below MSP and will let you know when this applies to your request.
- We may decline offers that appear to be pricing errors, violate manufacturer policies, or cannot be matched on a financially sustainable basis.
- We may not match auction sites, flash-sale sites, paid membership clubs, big-box stores, or local brick-and-mortar stores.
- Limited-quantity offers, offers lasting less than one day, and offers on the day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, or the day after Thanksgiving may not qualify.
- Special-order items are excluded.
- Requests must be made before ordering. We do not match prices after an order is submitted or shipped, and this is not a price-protection guarantee if a competitor lowers a price after your purchase.
