“We saw the chairs at a furniture store before buying online from this site. They were comfy in the store and thought they were just what I was looking for. However, when the chairs arrived they were stiff and uncomfortable. Maybe they just need to be broken in. They also rock which is a good feature, but they have tilted too far back multiple times and almost tipped over. Overall the ordering on the site and pricing compared to others are okay.... Just double check it's actually what you want before you purchase, and pay for the extra delivery fees to have them set it up.”
