First off, the product is amazing. After some issues getting it through my terrace door I finally got it out there, and it is every bit as nice as the photos and price would indicate. But more importantly, I called up to place the order and their service could not have been better. After I couldn't get it out through the door I spoke to them about a return, which wasn't feasible due to the size of the product. They were honest and upfront about it and even offered to help me sell the item if someone inquired about this. Luckily I was able to get it out on my terrace and I am really happy I did. I really want to buy more stuff from this company solely because they were so pleasant and helpful.
