Luke Leather Sabrina Accent Chair (Shown in Tan Top Grain Leather)

The classic retro Sabrina collection, shown in tan aniline top grain Italian leather (swatch# 4004 Tan), is also available in custom colors. The Sabrina is available in sofa, loveseat, accent arm chair and ottoman. Sofa, loveseat and accent arm chair include two bolster pillows. Purely aniline dyed leather is colored thru and thru and does not possess a light protective coat of polyurethane on the surface of the leather. There are distinct variations including color and natural markings, some between each piece and sometimes within the same piece. These are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects. The leather is buttery soft and is the smoothest and softest leather in our entire collection.

The wooden frame on this collection is composed of beech wood and ash. Woods are selected at source and seasoned for a minimum of 2 years to ensure long term durability. All of the corners and load bearing areas are additionally secured with heavy duty corner blocks for strength and durability. Upon completion of the construction of the frame, we encase the entire structure. One inch of foam is attached around the frame before upholstery so that when you touch the sides and backs you notice a firm/soft sensation.

Heavy duty nine gauge sinuous steel "s" shaped springs are fastened to the top and front rail with heavy duty clips and run from front to back of the piece 2 inches apart. Two steel rods are used to hold the springs in place which offers additional durability to the seating area, both on the front and the back of each individual seat. A canvas barrier is attached between the foam and the steel springs to protect the foam from wear. Five steel springs per seat to ensure the strength, comfort and durability of the foam cushion core. Two solid wooden stretchers run front to back to stabilize and strengthen the frame against the tension of the steel sinuous springs. Each individual seat cushion contains a matrix of individually wrapped coil springs encased in a specifically designed foam shell that is covered in Dacron fiber. The fabric pocket used allows each spring to slide up and down independently of it's neighbors allowing for maximum comfort for more than one person on the sofa.

Seat cushions are composed of polyurethane foam cores with a high quality Dacron topper on the surface for comfort. Back cushions are loose and composed of Dacron fiber blown in to vertically and horizontally channeled bags. Tufted seat cushions are loose.
