Low, loungey, and full of retro character, the Sorelle Sling Lounge Chair pairs overstuffed comfort with a laid back sling design. Upholstered in premium vegan leather with a pebbled texture, this indoor sling chair features one removable overstuffed cushion that drapes across the seat and back for a relaxed, sink in shape. Removable arm cushions wrap over the sides of the rubberwood frame for plush support, while the open frame and black sling supports give the chair its casual, suspended feel. Designed for reading corners, living rooms, bedrooms, offices, or relaxed seating areas, this leather accent chair includes non-marking foot pins to help protect flooring. Assembly required. Shipping Information
GROUND - UPS - FEDEX
Standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.
If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse. If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight carrier based on the number of items and weight.
LTL - FREIGHT - CURBSIDE / THRESHOLD - Scheduled Appointment
Standard shipping method for large / heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature IS required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.

Freight shipments are curbside delivery.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY - Scheduled Appointment
In the event that White Glove Delivery is offered free or for an additonal fee for an item and you wish to have this service it will include the following:
Platinum service level provides two-person delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
The shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services
In all above cases, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.
