Luke Leather Andrew Sofa (Shown in Havana Brown Italian Leather)

The Andrew Collection, shown in Havana Brown semi aniline genuine Italian leather (Swatch# 2511 Havana), is also available in custom colors. The Andrew is available in sofa, loveseat, accent arm chair, ottoman, and sectional sofa. The four piece sectional sofa includes: Left arm facing loveseat, Armless chair, Corner, and a Right arm facing loveseat. The armless chair can be placed on either side to accommodate your space. The leather is colored thru and thru and does possess a light protective coat of polyurethane finish on the surface of the leather. The effect of dark tones and light tones of color moves throughout this leather. Genuine Italian leather may vary slightly in color, shade and tone as it is a natural product. Most common household stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap if addressed within minutes of the spill, spot or stain.

The wooden frame on this collection is composed of Beechwood and European Spruce in all load bearing areas and MDF in all non load bearing areas. Woods are selected at source and seasoned for a minimum of 2 years to ensure long term durability. All of the corners and load bearing areas are additionally secured with heavy duty corner blocks for strength and durability. Upon completion of the construction of the frame, we encase the entire structure. One inch of foam is attached around the frame before upholstery so that when you touch the sides and backs you notice a firm/soft sensation.

Heavy duty nine gauge sinuous steel "S" shaped springs are fastened to the top and front rail with heavy duty clips and run from front to back of the piece 2 inches apart. Two steel rods are used to hold the springs in place which offers additional durability to the seating area, both on the front and the back of each individual seat. A canvas barrier is attached between the foam and the steel springs to protect the foam from wear. Five steel springs per seat to ensure the strength, comfort and durability of the foam cushion core. Two solid wooden stretchers run front to back to stabilize and strengthen the frame against the tension of the steel sinuous springs. Each individual seat cushion contains a matrix of individually wrapped coil springs encased in a specifically designed foam shell that is covered in Dacron fiber. The fabric pocket used allows each spring to slide up and down independently of it's neighbors allowing for maximum comfort for more than one person on the sofa.

Seating is composed of down, Dacron and foam blend for slightly more firm but soft and very, very comfortable experience. Seat and back cushions are both loose and can be adjusted and or rotated. Solid wood legs in dark walnut finish.
